What do we do?
Welcome to OPS! We evaluate current state of control settings/system operations, personnel duties and capabilities, and what data is collected/transmitted to central. This evaluation is the basis for a tailored, customer specific plan. This plan targets near term production enhancement, longer term goals of training personnel to find and sustain optimization opportunities, and ultimately continuous leveraging of data to maximize field personnel tasks, track metrics, and provide data based analytics to monitor the system health or level of optimization in a given area.
