Optimal Production Solutions provides operations and optimization services. We can provide plunger system tools to companies who want to grow production, grow their people, and leverage their data to maximize shareholder or company value. We offer onsite analytics/diagnostics (plunger trucking, fluid levels, and detection of holes in tubing/casing) and optimization services, can provide plunger system tools if requested and training for personnel. We also provide a formal evaluation of operations, including personnel knowledge (identify training needs), potential control settings enhancement opportunities, and cycle by cycle and other historical data being recorded.

    Jesse has over 21 years of experience in the industry, including positions held as Roustabout, Lease Operator, Plunger lift Technician, Production Superintendent, Optimization Coordinator, Optimization Advisor, and Supervisor of Optimization. Jesse specializes in Plunger Lift and Plunger Assisted lift (PAGL) optimization. He is listed on two plunger patents, both the Jetted Pad and Eagle Bypass plungers. He also created a methodology aimed at operating these systems to maximize production, lower BHP, and reduce LOE. He created a grading system to evaluate the level of optimization for a given well, area, or companywide. This system can be used to identify control setting issues, common or shared areas requiring education or setting changed, and can be used by management to measure optimization levels or target specific issues operations.
